We make amazing chocolates
From our family business in central Vermont, we produce handmade artisan chocolates with caramel and ganache fillings. We use only the highest quality ingredients, sourcing as much as possible from Vermont farms and distilleries. When we can't source ingredients locally, our focus is on quality and sustainability -- most notably, we surround our fillings with premium French couverture chocolate, ensuring that while our chocolates look amazing, they taste even better.
Our chocolates are made with fresh local organic cream and butter, so while they have a shelf life of around 3 months, they taste best consumed within 3 weeks of purchase.

About the Chocolatier
Clare Dean
I've been making chocolate for 15 years, and after a year of experimenting with flavors and refining our selection, decided to launch The Chocolate Fox in Fall 2024. Originally British, I've resided in the US for 18 years. I've lived with my husband and sons in Central Vermont since 2019. In addition to being the chocolatier and owner at The Chocolate Fox I'm an author, portrait artist, and illustrator.
